Tai Chi and Qigong classes in Sevenoaks and Biggin Hill

Tai Chi (Taiji / Tai Chi Chuan) and Qigong (Chi Kung) classes and groups specially tailored to meet the needs of the students.

Tai Chi is a series of movements forming a non-impact exercise form which has its roots in Chinese martial arts. Although this has very strong self defense and combat applications, my classes are about health, relaxation, gaining good posture, working on a correct spinal alignment and building strength and confidence. Certified and fully insured instructor with many years of experience in teaching not only “regular” classes accessible to anyone, but also specialized (NHS recognized certification) in using Tai Chi and Qigong for medical rehabilitation. Member of the All Style Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.
